Join Our Team as a 2nd Line Operations Engineer – AR/ LMS!

Are you passionate about keeping critical systems running and solving complex IT challenges? We’re looking for a skilled 2nd Line Operations Engineer to join our AO DE team and support our Retail and Wholesale Billing (AR/LMS) platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• 🛠️ Resolve incidents and service requests from 1st line support and business teams
• 🔍 Proactively prevent errors and ensure fast recovery of business processes
• 📊 Monitor and optimize batch jobs, data flows, and system performance
• 🧠 Analyze and correct data issues, ensuring quality and completeness
• 🚀 Support deployments and production checks for new software releases
• 🤝 Collaborate with business and delivery teams to drive improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• 🎓 Degree in Technology or Engineering
• 💡 Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
• 🧩 Experience with Amdocs Ensemble, Oracle SQL/PL SQL, Solaris/Linux, and Perl
• 🗣️ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• 🧰 Familiarity with ITIL processes and service orientation
• 🌍 Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts and on-call rotations
