That’s why our FutureRED Graduate Programme is designed as a true development journey: Future Leaders in Rotation, Experience & Development, focused on diverse experiences, critical skills training, and continuous personal and career development. A Programme that combines hands-on digital experience (from digital marketing to e-commerce and UX) with critical skills training and continuous personal and career development. Through two 6‑month rotations, you’ll explore different teams and functions, grow your expertise, and turn ideas into impactful digital experiences. Full-time Position

Application Timeline: April 2026 to March 2027

Duration of Program: 24 months (fixed term contract for initial 12 months, renewable for a further 12 months)

Location: Portugal (Lisbon or Oporto), Hybrid setting

Areas you could be working in include:

• UX | UI
• Social Media & Biddable
• Digital Marketing

Ideal background & requirements:

• Graduated with a master’s degree or on track to receive one in 2026 (with a degree in marketing, management, business, design or other related fields);
• Maximum 2 years of working experience after the completion of your studies;
• Fluency in English (oral and written);
• Demonstrate adaptability and intellectual curiosity, the ability to analyse problems and offer outside of the box solutions;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Curiosity and passion for technology, how things work and the future of digital.
