Job Description
The SIEM Support & Content Associate is a critical role within our Security Operations Center (SOC), focusing on providing robust support for our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools while also contributing to content development. As a mid-level member of our team, you'll bridge the gap between junior support and advanced content creation, ensuring the seamless functioning of our SIEM operations and laying the foundation for advanced detection capabilities. The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools specifically from a support and maintenance point of view.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with senior technical teams.
- A foundational understanding of security operations and threat detection methodologies.
