Are you ready to lead innovative supply chain solutions and contribute to impactful change across the entire organisation? In this role, you'll be at the forefront of leading a team responsible for designing and delivering high impact supply chain solutions, managing all aspects of an extensive portfolio that spans Mobile, TV, BB, FMC and Fixed network expansion. You'll work closely with senior leaders to manage high-stakes change initiatives, ensuring that supply chain operating models, processes, and tools align with our strategic priorities. Your leadership will be key to fostering continuous improvement and driving innovation, ensuring that we use the best practices and technologies to stay ahead in a fast-evolving market. The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Have an extensive background in Supply Chain as a subject matter expert, preferably in complex demand and channel operations, with an excellent understanding of Supply Chain process, practises, techniques, skills and capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Supply chain management, Logistics, Business management or any related field
• Experience in collaborating with senior level internal stakeholders and outsourced partners
• Experience in leading a team, with strong people development, motivational engagement skills
• Able to deal with complex requirements, and take a data driven approach to problem solving and decision making

The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

• Prince 2 and MSP certification preferred
• Proactive ‘can do’ attitude with strong hands-on approach
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and determined with a strong work ethic
• Proven project management experience in practice and using methodologies with a focus on large-scale supply chain transformation
• Master’s degree in associated field preferred
