Principal Delivery Engineer

Employment type:  Full time

4 days/week at home

Job Description

As a Principal Delivery Engineer you'll assist in the delivery of our business services by providing a field-based support role through site surveying, civil works, cabling, splicing and test activities.

Working closely with the PDE Manager, regional planning teams and regional partners, you'll help resolve on site issues throughout the build process. This could include collaborating between internal wayleave teams and site landlords to help resolve long standing or complex wayleave applications, working with the planning teams on construction and planning related issues, or ensuring the speedy resolution of any operationally restrictive issues with the contractor and internal partners.

You'll carry out quality audits on work in progress and post build checks, ensuring quality standards and working practices are met as well as ensuring financial governance across all civils and cabling works.
