We have an exciting new role at Virgin Media O2 for a Planning Lead!
Based within our Workforce Transformation Office, this is an opportunity to bring together the strategic and transformational programme deliverables into one cohesive plan. We're looking for a strategic collaborator who will be working across the business to build the future organisational needs over the coming 3-5 years to deliver our strategic ambition of becoming a digital first, next generation ecosystem player.
The role offers the successful candidate a platform to leverage their planning & governance expertise within the most exciting joint ventures in Europe, to create a truly differentiated employee experience, with the opportunity to truly transform our business.
Our new team member will have experience delivering complex, multi-functional plans with clear governance. You will use your expertise and knowledge of delivering planning & governance strategies and deliverables, to harmonise and optimise our ways of working, in a considered sequential way.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
- Consultancy experience from Big 4 or equivalent
- Solid stakeholder and relationship management skills and experience with the ability to influence at every level and act as a bridge for leadership team
- Experience of managing large scale complex programmes with efficiency and rigour
- Strong Planning & Governance experience and mindset
- Programme/Portfolio/Project Management experience with good understanding of managing interdependencies, risks and issues across the programmes
- Experience in Demand Planning & Transformation
- Analytical - to be able to understand the financial numbers etc for forecasting

We'd also love you to bring:
- Experience of having delivered in an HR transformation environment
- Passion for employee experience and a vision for creating world class employee experience
- Experience of working in a Joint Venture, Merger or Acquisition environment
- Experience of or comfortable with working in a complex, fast paced environment
