Make things happen

Our graduate scheme lasts three years with three 12-month rotations across a range of Finance departments. During the scheme, you’ll focus on broadening your knowledge in different aspects of our Finance operation, building a wider understanding of the business, and contributing to our unrivalled success.

You’ll kick off in Management Accounting, learning how to establish business relationships and building your fundamental accounting skills, before taking on a role as a Finance Business Partner and going on to gain experience in a more specialist area, such as:

* Finance Transformation

* Group Reporting & Technical Accounting

* Strategy

* Capital Allocation & FP&A

* Audit, Risk & Compliance

Experience our portfolio of brands across the UK with your first 12-month rotation based in either Leeds or Bradford, with your second and third rotation in London or Reading. We operate a hybrid working environment, aiming for a minimum of 2 to 3 days per week in the office, with strong emphasis on maintaining flexibility based on our dynamic business needs.

You must have a 2:1 or above. But it doesn’t matter what subject – we’re more interested in your drive to develop and grow a successful career in Finance.

You’ll receive a starting salary of £35,000 plus a £2,000 welcome bonus. In addition, we’ll provide funding for your CIMA qualification, which will be completed through the established scheme we’ve developed with you in mind.
