/10
Job Description
As a Strategic People Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Consumer organisation—partnering directly with leaders across Data, AI, and Product & Transformation to influence strategy, drive performance, and build high‑impact, future‑ready teams. Bringing proven experience supporting data‑driven, technical, agile, or product‑led environments, you’ll translate bold business ambitions into a clear, insight‑led People Plan that accelerates delivery of our 3‑Year Strategy. You’ll use your expertise in organisational effectiveness, transformation, and talent to challenge thinking, bring fresh perspectives, and ensure our people agenda enables agility, innovation, and brilliant execution.
This is a role for someone who loves to be close to the action—solving complex business challenges, guiding leaders through change, and creating environments where people thrive. You’ll champion digital‑first ways of working, elevate the employee experience, and use data and workforce insights to anticipate trends and shape proactive solutions. As a trusted advisor, you’ll influence senior stakeholders, coach leaders, and collaborate across our People & Transformation community to deliver cohesive, high‑quality outcomes that support high performance and cultural alignment. Your ability to understand and partner with Data, AI and Product teams isn't just helpful—it’s essential to ensuring our people strategies land in fast‑paced, highly technical spaces. If you’re energised by transformation, passionate about enabling talent, and ready to make real impact, this role puts you right where you can do your best work.
Who we are
The UK’s fastest broadband network. The nation’s best-loved mobile brand. And, one of the UK's biggest companies too. We put our customers first, making life simpler, smoother, and more joyful. With big ambitions and a brilliant team, we’re building a more connected future for everyone.
Our ways of working
We’re a flexible-first organisation, because we know people do their best work when they have choice and clarity. To support meaningful collaboration, we ask everyone to spend at least eight days each month connecting in person.
That doesn’t just mean time in the office, it could be team meetings, offsites, volunteering days, cross-functional projects, or away days - anywhere meaningful collaboration happens. What matters is making those moments purposeful, so when we come together, it really counts.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

- Demonstrated expertise in the provision of HR counsel to Senior Leaders on all people aspects including transformation, organisational effectiveness and performance and talent management.
- Skilled in the implementation of Employee experience initiatives.
- Experience leveraging data, analytics, and insights to influence and develop the business agenda and transform ways of working.
The other stuff we are looking for
We'd also love you to bring;
- Exceptional relationship‑building capability, with the emotional intelligence to influence senior leaders, navigate complex dynamics, and build trust quickly in highly technical, fast‑moving environments.
- A growth‑focused, solutions‑driven mindset, staying resilient under pressure, embracing ambiguity, and continuously seeking innovative ways to improve how we support Data, AI, and Product teams to deliver outstanding results.
What's in it for you
Our goal is to celebrate our people, their lives and everything in-between. We aim to create a culture that empowers everyone to bring the best versions of themselves to work each and every day. We believe the most inclusive and diverse culture makes for a better business and a brighter world.
