SOx/ICFR Controls Manager

Join us as a SOx/ICFR Controls Manager and play a key role in strengthening the governance, risk and compliance landscape across our IT function. You'll help ensure our Internal Controls for Financial Reporting (ICFR) and IT General Controls (ITGCs) remain effective, compliant and fit for purpose, supporting the delivery of critical business objectives while helping protect the organisation from financial and operational risk.
In this role, you'll partner with senior stakeholders across technology and the wider business, providing expert guidance on SOx compliance, control design and risk management. You'll support projects from inception through to delivery, helping teams embed strong controls, assess risks and drive continuous improvement. You'll also work closely with internal and external auditors, oversee remediation activities and provide valuable insight that enables informed decision-making across the IT organisation. Who we are

They play a big role in helping people feel connected from day one. The must haves • Advanced SOx compliance experience, including Cloud ITGC SOx controls
• Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
• Technical auditing skills and corporate-level audit experience
• Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley, internal auditing standards and risk assessment practices
• Strong project management and stakeholder management experience The other stuff we are looking for • Experience designing and testing IT General Controls and application controls
• Experience supporting audit remediation and control improvement initiative
• Ability to advise and influence stakeholders on compliance and risk matters
• Experience working within large, complex technology environments
