Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive growth and profitability across VMO2’s Wholesale Mobile division. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the commercial strategy for our largest UK MVNO partners, including our exciting new B2B relationship with O2 Daisy. You’ll apply strategic thought leadership, experienced negotiations, commercial competence, and team leadership to improve partner performance, build relationships, and compose lasting value. Key responsibilities & accountabilities
- Lead a team of Commercial Managers responsible for optimising income & keeping us contractually on track with our key wholesale partners.
- Drive high-value, high-complexity commercial negotiations with major MVNO partners.
- Analyse financial performance to advise both short- and long-term forecasting initiatives.
- Monitor IT & Network delivery to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Resolve complex contractual issues and provide commercial leadership across ad hoc workstreams.
- Define and implement commercial strategies for wholesale channels to **improve** balanced returns for VMO2.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Extensive B2B commercial experience managing large and complex contracts.
- Proven track record defining and delivering successful commercial strategies.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing commercial teams.
- Strong negotiation skills with direct experience managing partner relationships.
- Highly analytical, numerate, and proficient at providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
