Are you a Data Engineer with a passion for building scalable systems that make a real impact? Join our high-performing team, where you’ll work with GCP technologies to design, develop, and optimise batch and real-time data pipelines that support millions of customers. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver smart, data-driven solutions while driving automation and reducing manual processes through powerful self-service tools.

In this role, you’ll work alongside Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Analysts to deliver reliable, high-quality data infrastructure using tools like Apache Airflow, BigQuery, and Terraform. From deploying infrastructure as code to participating in code reviews and troubleshooting live systems, you'll play a key role in maintaining stability and scaling our data capabilities. The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Strong proficiency in Python with proven Data Engineering experience
• Strong SQL skills including analytic functions and ensuring data quality
• Understand DevOps best practices including IaC and CI/CD
• Production experience working on a cloud environment, preferably GCP
• Production experience using a data warehouse engine such as BigQuery or Redshift and using a key/value store such as Datastore or DynamoDB

The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

• Exposure to SOLID principles and interested in the concept
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Have practiced or used TDD
• Experience using Apache Airflow and maintained pipelines on Production
• Experience using Apache Beam or Apache Spark
• Had experience with Kubernetes and using Terraform
