Small Animal Practice | Up to £66,000 DOE (FTE) | No OOH | Relocation Package | Flexible & Part-Time Options Available
If you’re looking for a role where flexibility is genuinely understood and supported, and where you’ll be part of a warm, close-knit veterinary team, we’d love to hear from you. We’re currently seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join us during an exciting period of growth — with true flexibility at the heart of how we work.
Why join us?
At Vets for Pets Merthyr Tydfil, we don’t just talk about flexibility — we build it into everything we do. We understand that life doesn’t fit neatly around a rota, so we actively shape part-time, flexible, and balanced schedules that work for our people as much as our patients.
Whether you’re looking for reduced hours, school-friendly shifts, or a better work–life rhythm, we’re open and understanding. We believe great veterinary work happens when people feel supported, not stretched.
Our team & culture
We’re a strong, supportive and genuinely close-knit nursing and vet team where collaboration comes naturally. People look out for one another, communicate openly, and share a real sense of purpose in the work we do.
Our culture is built on:
We actively support each other so that everyone can thrive professionally while also having space for life outside of work. This is a practice where you’re encouraged to be yourself, develop at your own pace, and feel part of something meaningful.
What makes us different?
