Job Title: Technical Project/Program Manager

What you’ll be doing…

• Provides production and project support of voice network, applications, Unified Communications

• Manages the design, documentation and creation of standard operating procedures and processes for operation and support for all collaborative technologies and activities

• Manages communications requests, program needs assessments, project plans, budgets, schedules, internal and external resources

• Executes strategic decisions on vendors, technologies and the best solutions by researching and staying in the forefront of technology trends.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other scientific discipline or four or more years of work experience.

• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, specialized training.

• Active Secret Clearance.

• Program/project management experience on large programs with multiple sub-projects

• Experience in operations, management and delivery of large-scale Infrastructure Projects

• Proven track record of leading/supporting all aspects of complex technical projects, including subsequent integration to a successful close

• Platforms: knowledge of a wide range of distributed Unified Communications infrastructure

• Applications: knowledge of a UC of applications and related to operations, management, and service delivery

• Operations: knowledge of survivability, IT services, and support.

• Experience with flowcharting techniques and MS Visio, MS Project, and the MS suite of productivity tools.

Even better if you have:

• Collaboration skills with business and technical groups

• PMP Certification

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
