The Project & Product Manager supports the strategy, lifecycle, and commercial performance of Vodafone Portugal’s Network Services and Unified Comms portfolio, with focus on One Net.Responsible for project management related with Network Services and Unified Comms services, for product evolution, marketing execution, and operational delivery, this role contributes to ensuring One Net remains the reference solution for fixed-mobile convergence (FMC) and enterprise communications.This position combines project management, analytical and marketing skills, acting as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Technology and Vodafone Group, among others.

What you’ll do

  • Manage projects related with product improvements, new features, new products, or other lifecycle projects;
  • Manage product lifecycle and delivery of roadmap initiatives;
  • Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution;
  • Monitor revenue, margin, and customer adoption KPIs;
  • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction (NPS, SLAs);
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Technology, Sales, and other areas from Vodafone to ensure success in project and product management.

Who you are

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, product management or go to market, preferably in telecommunications;
  • Execution Discipline - Delivers roadmap and GTM milestones on time;
  • Experience in Project Management;
  • Collaboration & Influence - Aligns diverse teams toward common goals;
  • Analytical & Structured Thinking - Turns data into insight and clear actions;
  • Customer Focus - Understands enterprise needs and delivers measurable value;
  • Communication Skills - Articulates complex ideas simply and persuasively;
  • Telco & UC Expertise;
  • Presentation skills;
  • Knowledge of SIP, FMC, PBX. (nice to have);
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
