What you'll be doing…
You will work closely with functional HR teams and IT to manage projects for internal customers matching the best prototyping and configuration, through product testing and implementation for technology projects. You’ll be configuring Workday Core HCM and Workday Help to provide the solutions that enable the business to move forward and deliver results. In addition, you will manage a team supporting acquisitions, WD Help, production support, studio integrations, and reorganizations. Leading large-scale projects from start to finish.
Additional responsibilities…
Assessing the business information and system solutions through configuration and automation.
Facilitating requirements for system integrations, extending our custom solutions by partnering with Technology teams.
Creating and managing project plans and status reporting to produce results and meet deadlines.
Performing reviews of documented requirements with IT management and development staff to ensure a complete understanding of the business goals.
Managing the planning and testing of products/system enhancements, troubleshooting production issues, and retesting fixes.
Providing leadership updates through regular communication and presentations.
Creating all User Acceptance testing documentation and building a comprehensive document that outlines a consistent standard and user-friendly solution that creates traceability back to the requirements/design
In this hybrid role, you'll work from home with once weekly in the Basking Ridge, NJ office.

You have strong business sense, are inquisitive, and willing to dig into and resolve issues with minimal direction. You ask good questions to understand what the business needs and how to respond with the best technology solutions. You think like a solutionist, are highly analytical, process and pay attention to details. Your strong partnership skills build results-oriented relationships with functional and technology teams.
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Workday HCM, Help, setup Admin configuration.
Workday Configuration experience.
Supervisory experience.
Workday Pro certifications.
Experience in Project Management, Human Resources processes, systems, policies and data.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Experience designing system requirements.
Experience building testing plans and scenarios.
Experience resolving technical issues with minimal direction.
Experience with agile methodology including Sprint planning and leading scrum calls.
Strong partnership skills that build results-oriented relationships with customers.
Experience with ticket tracking systems (preferably JIRA).
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
The ability to work independently with limited direction
Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
