What you’ll be doing...

You will help our most important customers move their business forward. As a trusted advisor, you’ll create value for us and our customers by solving their business problems. You’ll bring a consultative sales approach and become an expert for your customers and your peers by expertly packaging and tailoring our solutions to meet customer needs. Your role is critical to establish us as the premier business partner in your accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a small number of Global Systems Integrator customer accounts and developing the business that we do with (and through) these organisations.

  • Understanding and evaluating industry, business and customer trends to build strategic plans that drive sales.

  • Developing deep relationships with your customers (including at C-level) to truly know their business, markets and the challenges they face.

  • Leading a global account team on opportunity development for solutions sales and to guide the overall account relationship.

  • Engaging overlay sales specialist to craft creative solutions and help our customers realize their goals.

  • Growing revenue and our business profitably through focusing on the core pillars of our Go To Market strategy.

You enjoy digging deep to really understand the customer’s vision along with their unique situation and challenges. You like putting things together in new and creative ways to best solve the customer’s most pressing needs. You look for win-win solutions wherever you can and enjoy collaborating with others. You’re not afraid of analytics and like to talk about hard data.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).

  • Experience in selling managed IT services to Systems Integrator customers, with both domestic and international responsibilities.

  • Experience in multinational account development and leadership.

  • Knowledge of customer business requirements and the technology solutions available to address them, consultative thought leadership and experience in negotiating.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of your time, as the role requires.

  • Valid driver’s license.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience of selling communication, network and cyber security solutions.

  • A strong track record of developing large and multinational account relationships with consultative / solutions through leadership.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively position new ideas.

  • Experience of balancing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
