What you’ll be doing…

We are looking for a motivated and creative UX Designer to join our CSG Design COE team. In this role, you’ll design engaging and user-friendly experiences that support our business goals. You’ll work on a variety of projects to craft solutions that are both visually appealing and highly functional, with an emphasis on user-centered design and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Design user-centered experiences that align with business goals and address user needs.

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user requirements and industry trends, turning insights into actionable design decisions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure seamless design implementation.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design sprints, bringing creative solutions to complex design challenges.

• Stay informed on emerging design trends and best practices to continuously improve your design approach.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic UX Designer who enjoys working collaboratively and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate is a team player with a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment. You should be eager to engage in team discussions, and workshops, and contribute

actively to ideathons and brown bag sessions.

Where you’ll be working…

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

You'll need to have:

• Two or more years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Experience conducting user research and applying findings to design decisions.

• Strong ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups that convey design ideas effectively.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design.

• Familiarity with generative AI or other emerging technologies in design.

• Experience with collaborative sessions, workshops, or design sprints.

• Active participation in industry events, volunteering, or design communities.

• Certifications in UX design or a related field (e.g., HFI, NN/g).
