We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to lead our Digital Workplace Strategy team. This individual will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of enterprise technologies and a passion for leveraging innovation to optimize performance and scalability. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and proven ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of digital workplace senior engineers.

• Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• Conducting performance evaluations and identifying training and development opportunities.

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital workplace strategy aligned with organizational goals and IT infrastructure roadmap.

• Researching and recommending emerging technologies and solutions to enhance user experience, performance and efficiency.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Windows OS, MAC OS, Cloud solutions, Identity and Authentication principles, VDI and Mobile platforms.

• Presenting solutions to complex, large-scale networks and systems to all stakeholders.

• Designing and Implementing security protocols and procedures.

• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

• Partnering effectively with IT infrastructure teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.

• Communicating technical information and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

• Experience in managing and administering enterprise-level technical environments.

• Experience in architecture and design of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Identity and access management, and VDI platforms

• Experience with server virtualization and desktop virtualization technologies and concepts.

• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and application solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• High-level understanding of security principles such as Zero Trust, Secure Private Access, Mobile platforms, Mobile Device Mgmt, Application Packaging and deployment methodologies, and Networking components and principles.

• Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating technical teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation and orchestration.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
