About the Role
We’re looking for two People Services Administrators to play a key role in supporting the day to day running of our people function by providing advice and guidance to all areas of the business on a daily basis as well as maintaining the UU structure and employee profiles using SAP. Whilst working alongside various People and business teams in order to deliver the service required.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our People Services team, you’ll:
- Manage and update organisational structures, employee profiles, reporting lines, and cost centres with precision.
- Guide People colleagues and ESS/MSS users on best practices, ensuring a consistent and efficient way of working.
- Respond to employee and manager queries professionally and within agreed service levels.
- Ensure all data, MI, and paperwork are high quality and compliant with policies and data protection legislation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance SAP functionality and People processes, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Quality control of all SAP paperwork, ensuring MI Data is accurate before processing.
- Work closely with colleagues across teams to ensure a seamless, joined-up service.
- Support DSAR responses in partnership with Data Protection and Legal teams.

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working with systems and data in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, with a continuous improvement approach
Skills & Experience
- Good technical knowledge of SAP HR.
- Previous experience of SAP success factors would be beneficial
- Experience of processing onboarding documentation and inputting employee data with a high level of accuracy and strict confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of: People processes and policies, People processes and policies and Employment legislation
- Experience working in a People / HR environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
