Job Description

Join our Group Sustainability Team and help us drive the sustainable transformation of tourism – based on our People, Planet, Progress agenda.

The role will be published until 10.09.2026.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • Working in the leading global tourism group: We stand for intercultural cooperation and offer the opportunity to work in international projects and teams.
  • Mobile working and flexible working hours: We believe that work is something you do, not where you go. Our offer: newWork@TUI(hybrid working) & TUI Workwide (Working from abroad)
  • Development and career opportunities: We promote the potential of our employees with a wide range of (digital) training opportunities and international career opportunities.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Tourism is one of the largest industries worldwide and plays a key role in fostering development and prosperity, with every holiday leaving an impression – in our hearts, but also on the environment.
  • We leverage our scale and influence to drive the sustainable transformation of tourism, and you'll contribute to strategic projects based on our sustainability agenda that advance the company's transformation.
  • Depending on workload, you'll contribute to the implementation and further development of sustainability reporting, particularly in the context of regulatory requirements such as CSRD/ESRS.
  • You'll support the collection, preparation and quality assurance of ESG-relevant data and information, as well as topics related to human rights and environmental due diligence in the supply chain.
  • Supporting our participation in external ESG ratings and rankings, you'll help complete questionnaires, compile relevant evidence, and analyse rating results to derive potential areas for improvement.
  • You'll contribute to TUI Group's ISO 14001 environmental management system, support cross-functional projects, and prepare presentations and communication materials on current ESG, reporting and supply chain topics.

ABOUT YOU

  • You're currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Environmental or Sustainability Management, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Initial practical experience in tourism or sustainability is an advantage, and you're interested in topics such as ESG, sustainable transformation, reporting, and human rights.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues from various business areas, countries, and cultural backgrounds comes naturally to you, and you thrive in virtual and international team environments.
  • With your hands-on working mentality, you bring well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills to the table.
  • Open-mindedness, curiosity, and lifelong learning define who you are.
  • You have fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written), with German being a plus but not a requirement, and you're proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Your uniqueness can be our inspiration for the future of travel. If you would like to learn more about what Diversity & Inclusion means to us, simply visit our DNA. We encourage people with disabilities to apply.
