A quick heads-up: This is a locally employed position, so you'll need the right to work in Spain and be based in or near Palma (Mallorca) before applying.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll be the friendly face of TUI at the airport, warmly welcoming customers and creating special moments from the second they arrive.
• Handling changes and challenges in our busy airport environment, you'll make sure customers' questions are answered throughout their journey.
• Keeping airport operations running smoothly, you'll reliably manage arrivals, departures and transfers – and deliver those all-important see-off speeches on the buses before customers head to their resorts.
• Monitoring customer feedback and service updates, you'll help enhance the customer experience, taking pride in meeting targets, solving problems and delivering exceptional service.
• Proudly representing our company's values and culture, you'll maintain a positive attitude and professionalism to make every guest's airport experience brilliant.
