Job Description

This is a hybrid position requiring regular office attendance in Hannover.

The role will be published until 22.01.

The position is offered as a temporary replacement role, limited to a fixed-term contract until October 31, 2026. It can be filled either on a full-time or part-time basis, with a minimum of 20 hours per week for part-time arrangements

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes by finding the right global channels, building strong talent pipelines, and creating a brilliant candidate experience that puts people first.
  • Working closely with international managers and HR Business Partners, you'll provide consultation on all aspects of talent acquisition.
  • We'll rely on you to organize and conduct various selection measures while ensuring professional applicant management.
  • Together with colleagues, you'll contribute to international projects focused on recruiting and employer branding topics.
  • Champion our employer brand by teaming up with our Recruitment Marketing team to show the world why TUI is a great place to work.


ABOUT YOU

  • You have completed a degree with a focus on HR or psychology and/or completed commercial training.
  • You bring practical experience in recruitment to the role.
  • You're a brilliant communicator in both German and English, whether speaking or writing.
  • You know how to influence through building strong relationships and always put service first for internal and external customers.
  • You approach different cultures with openness and enjoy working in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is desirable but not essential.
