Job Description
This role sits within Airline Commercial of our Revenue Management (SD_0655) and reporting to Head of Revenue Management Strategy, Forecasting & Systems.
As our Senior Revenue Management Solutions Manager, you'll be a key architect in TUI Airline's revenue management transformation, designing and implementing sophisticated system solutions that enhance our pricing capabilities and drive commercial performance across markets.
This vacancy can be located at any of our headquarters within Luton, Rijswijk, Stockholm, Zaventem and Hannover.
The role will be published until the 16:th of March.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll serve as the primary advocate for revenue management system users, translating complex commercial requirements into effective system enhancements that deliver measurable benefits.
- You'll maintain the system roadmap aligned with commercial priorities, focusing on improving the interaction between the Revenue Management System, Offer & Order and Reservation System, the allotment sharer system, and real time optimisation engines.
- You'll work across IT, Digital, Revenue Management, Sales and Network Planning teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of system initiatives.
- You'll own the product backlog, defining priorities based on business value, impact and feasibility while supporting delivery teams in implementing enhancements effectively.
- You'll leverage market and system data to inform recommendations, identify opportunities and highlight potential risks to optimise revenue outcomes.
- You will design, test, and monitor steering, data, and AI processes in collaboration with stakeholders from IT, Data Science, or the system providers.
- You'll drive adoption of best practices, tools, and processes to increase system efficiency while developing a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
ABOUT YOU
- You possess strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret system, market, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- You have deep knowledge of revenue management principles, pricing strategies and inventory optimization with the ability to translate these into system requirements.
- You're skilled at engaging senior and peer stakeholders, shaping decisions and securing alignment without direct authority in a matrix environment.
- You bring experience in supporting implementation or enhancement of commercial systems, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational feasibility.
- You're comfortable addressing multifaceted problems with multiple stakeholders and interdependent systems, finding practical solutions that balance competing priorities.
- Preferably, you bring experience in data processingand analysis, for example using Python, or a similar programming language.
- You have proficiency in data visualization, using relevant tools to present insights and support solution design.
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical or commercial concepts to diverse audiences, fostering understanding and buy-in.
