Job Description

As a Senior CRM Manager within our Centres of Excellence team, you will be part of a team responsible for maximising the value generated by CRM Marketing activities and achieving our very ambitious growth targets.

You will be responsible for creating industry-leading sales & marketing campaigns and journeys that leverage the power of the leading real-time marketing platform – Braze. Focussing on the Pre-Departure lifecycle phase, you will drive the strategy for automated journeys and marketing campaigns for all TUI source markets (UK, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark) to increase experience and ancillary sales for customers after booking and before departure. This will involve using all available channels (e.g. email, app push, in-app messages & content cards, SMS, etc) with a ‘design once, execute once’ approach.

This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover and can be based from either our Luton or Rijswijk office. Closing date for applications will be Tuesday 3rd December.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You will put customer insights at the heart of everything you do (descriptive, predictive models, recommendations etc.) and work with relevant analytical/insight teams to deliver against your strategy, roadmap and briefs
  • You'll develop the overall customer contact plan that is based on customer insights, recognises the drivers of value in our business, and allows for essential variations by market and by product
  • You'll interrogate performance reports and analysis to understand the key drivers of performance and develop action plans to help drive performance
  • Define the journeys and campaigns that need to be developed and working with our Marketing Capability team agree the technical requirements needed for our platform to deliver the targeted customer experience
  • Work closely a source market lead, a CRM Manager and other key stakeholders to develop a clear roadmap for your Centre of Excellence ‘Pre-departure’
  • Inspire, mentor, and lead your team of 2 CRM Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

ABOUT YOU

  • Significant experience of developing data-driven and automated marketing and CRM programmes, ideally in a multi-brand or multi-country environment. Proven experience developing successful automations for selling additional products like experiences and ancillaries.
  • Highly commercial, with ability to define, identify and prioritise high value initiatives. Ability to set and influence KPI‘s to deliver strategic growth
  • Strategic thinker and powerful communicator with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas in a clear and concise way, but at the same time be hands on to deliver automations that influence your KPI‘s
  • Highly organised with a flexible approach and openness to work in fast evolving structures with / for various stakeholders, with proven ability to deliver to deadlines
  • Able to adapt between markets and excellent networker displaying strong relationship management to co-ordinate through a complex organisational matrix
  • Comfortable working in a large pan European business, where some travel will be required. Fluent in English; ability in other languages especially German or Dutch would be very beneficial
  • Previous experience of managing and developing high-performing CRM teams
