Job Description

We're looking for a strategic commercial leader to shape the future of our airport partnerships across TUI Airline's global network. Working in lockstep with our Supplier Management & Procurement (SM&P) Airport Relations team, you'll drive commercial advantage, unlock cost efficiencies, and build relationships that fuel our growth ambitions. You will also be expected to build effective working relationships with the tourism and regulatory affairs teams. The role sits within Airline Commercial and Network Planning & B2B Sales and reports to Head of Strategic Airline & Airport Partnerships.

This vacancy can be located at any of our headquarters of our Airline AOC locations - namely Luton, Rijswijk, Zaventem, Stockholm or Hannover.

The role will be published until 23 March 2026.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.
  • Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.
  • A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.
  • Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.
  • Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Working hand-in-hand with our SM&P Airport Relations team, you'll shape and implement airport partnership strategies that align with our network growth and cost-efficiency goals across multiple regions.
  • You'll lead high-value, multi-year negotiations with airport stakeholders, securing performance-based incentives and innovative terms that balance short-term value with long-term relationship stability.
  • Through joint management with the SM&P Airport Relations team, you'll optimise airport contracts to ensure consistent commercial governance, support renegotiations, and drive cost recovery initiatives.
  • As the key airport interface for commercial and operational excellence, you'll represent TUI Airline in senior partner discussions, foster collaborative problem-solving, and act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Your commercial insights and accurate cost forecasts will inform network and financial planning, helping to influence strategic decisions and support robust business cases.
  • You'll track and report on the financial and operational performance of airport deals, producing dashboards and deep dives that give leadership the visibility they need to make informed decisions.

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring proven experience in leading complex, high-value commercial negotiations with airports or infrastructure partners, with deep understanding of airport economics and contractual frameworks.
  • You're a team player who thrives in joint teams made up of different organizational units, working collaboratively as one to deliver shared goals.
  • Your strategic thinking allows you to link airport partnerships directly to network performance and route-level profitability, while your commercial acumen helps you evaluate and optimise cost structures.
  • You're data-fluent, comfortable with performance tracking, forecasting, and developing commercial KPIs and dashboards that drive measurable value.
  • As a skilled communicator and influencer, you can engage at senior levels both internally and externally, navigating complex, politically sensitive negotiations with resilience and agility.
  • You have the flexibility and willingness to operate and travel frequently across multiple regions and regulatory environments.
  • You're passionate about the pursuit of industry best practice through innovation and continuous improvement.
  • This role requires strong business English (written & spoken).
