This role sits within Airline Commercial and Network Planning & B2B Sales (SD_0654) and reports to Director Network Planning & B2B Sales.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll shape and lead our end-to-end B2B commercial strategy, translating market insights into actionable plans that drive sustainable revenue growth and competitive advantage.
- We'll look to you to steer strategic partnerships with major tour operators, both external and internal, ensuring these relationships deliver mutual value and maximize capacity utilization.
- You'll drive revenue growth through contracting excellence, commanding complex negotiations for seasonal and multi-year agreements while optimizing pricing models and contract terms.
- Leading a high-performing multi-market team, you'll foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, ensuring consistent delivery of commercial targets.
- Working closely with analytics, pricing and commercial functions, you'll champion data-driven sales excellence to inform strategic decisions and optimize our portfolio.
- As the authoritative B2B commercial voice in strategic airline forums, you'll influence cross-functional planning and shape long-term network and fleet strategies.
ABOUT YOU
- You're a visionary B2B commercial leader with proven experience leading supra-national, large-scale B2B sales or key account management functions in aviation or tourism, with clear accountability for P&L or revenue responsibility.
- As a master negotiator and strategic deal maker, you've demonstrated ability to lead multi-million-dollar contract negotiations with major partners, balancing commercial ambition with relationship building.
- You bring strong commercial acumen and revenue ownership, with deep expertise in yield management, margin optimization, and multi-market revenue dynamics.
- Your skills as an influential stakeholder partner enable you to align senior leaders and cross-functional teams within complex, multinational organizations.
- You're an inspirational team leader with experience motivating multi-market commercial teams and fostering an engaged culture, including working in agile environments.
- Being a data-savvy decision maker, you're comfortable working with complex data sets and commercial analytics to inform strategy and identify trends.
- You possess deep understanding of the tour operator business ecosystem and customer needs, with the ability to translate these into compelling commercial propositions.
- You're an excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous, with German being a plus.
- You thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting market conditions while maintaining a clear strategic focus.
