ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll develop and execute tailored bilateral partnership strategies that align with TUI's broader commercial, network and customer goals across our markets. This could span interline agreements, codeshares, joint ventures and Alliances.
  • We'll rely on you to identify valuable partnership opportunities based on market needs, capacity gaps and demand trends that enhance our network reach.
  • Leading high-impact airline negotiations, you'll own the full process from initiation through business case, project co-ordination and ultimately contract signature for partnership agreements, ensuring clear commercial benefits.
  • Your expertise will be crucial in managing contractual and commercial governance, delivering win-win outcomes by combining strategic vision with tactical execution.
  • Working collaboratively across functions, you'll ensure seamless integration of partnerships with network planning, revenue management, and customer experience teams.

  • Your track record demonstrates successful high-value airline negotiations and the ability to link partnerships to network and financial outcomes.
  • A solid grasp of airline commercial metrics including load factor, yield, and contribution margin enables you to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and cross-functional collaboration experience help you navigate complex organisational relationships.
  • Commercial contract and legal literacy allows you to structure compliant, scalable agreements that benefit all parties involved.
  • Your resilient, adaptable and solution-oriented mindset thrives in our dynamic airline environment, where you'll manage partnerships across different global regions.
