Job Description

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as a Room Attendant in our TUI BLUE Makarska, Igrane, Croatia, where you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation, replenishing room supplies, and contributing to an excellent guest experience through efficient and detail-oriented service at all times.

All applicants must be fluent in both English and Croatian. Due to work permit restrictions, candidates must have the right to live and work.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to high standards.
• Replacing linens, towels, and amenities as required.
• Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department.
• Ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored correctly.
• Supporting the team to maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• A good level of English to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
