We are looking for a Mobility Support Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover) for our AGCB Team.

Responsibilities - your mission

Inspired by “you only get one chance to make a first impression”, we want to offer the best experience to every employee that applies for mobility within Airbus.

We are then looking for a Mobility Support Specialist to join Airbus in our GBS in Lisbon to facilitate the end-to-end support for employees relocation across international borders, internal divisions, and subsidiary companies. The goal is to ensure a seamless transition that aligns with business needs while complying with the company's policies.

You will be contributing by providing support to the different stakeholders involved in the mobility process.

Some of your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Preventive support
    • Anticipate mover’s arrival with system changes in link with Recruitment actors, processes and tools.
  • Curative Support
    • Provide L2 support to identify mobility issues root causes (HR, etc.)
  • Follow-up & Reporting
  • Continuous Improvement: Ideate, propose & test ideas on processes, tools, and digital solutions. Document Knowledge articles and communicate updates (i.e: coherence with chatbot content, etc.)


Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • Fluent level of English;
  • Previous experience working with SAP, Workday, IT Directories, Onelogin;
  • Problem solving / analytical orientation;
  • Ability for structured working;
  • Strong team player with the ability to support and accompany change;
  • Ability to manage and coordinate stakeholders;
  • Capacity to improve, understand the big picture and end vision;
  • As a Plus:
    • Usage of ServiceNow (Management of Incidents, Requests, HR Cases)
    • Working with Agile methodologies
    • ITIL Certified
