Job Description

*The position offers the possibility of mobile work with an office presence as required.*

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Support the set-up process of accommodations sourced via Channel Manager where required
  • Inform interfaces (e.g. Content) when a product is available and on sale
  • Escalate blockers to supplier Key Account Managers
  • Check if hotel is available in sales channels
  • Forward information internally regarding offer display, content, VCC issues
  • Quality check of available data on sales channels
  • Regular check for errors in the error queue
  • Regular check of availability/bookings coming through
  • 2nd / 3rd level support for partners with technical questions to on-sale product

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in Product/Purchasing/Trading beneficial
  • Tourism or business related apprenticeship
  • Knowledge about Acco Only Product and touristic processes beneficial
  • Proficient in the MS Office programs
  • Good eye for detail and be able to record information accurately
  • Comfortable working with technological systems
  • The role requires fluent business English (written & spoken), additional languages are beneficial
  • Strong initiative with ability to deliver both working on own and in a team
  • Confident, proactive and ability to work under pressure
  • Highly organised with a flexible approach to working within a fast changing, fast moving environment
  • Strong analytical ability
