ABOUT THE ROLE
- As a Local Tours Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping our group series tours.
- Preparing and managing financial and content proposals that align with client requirements and internal deadlines
- Selecting the best product options to offer clients, ensuring competitive and attractive quotations
- Working closely with our global Key Account Management (KAM) team to support client retention and growth
- Acting as the local point of contact for our digital transformation plan, helping clients connect with our Tours platforms
- Delivering on sales targets based on Total Transaction Value (TTV) and driving digital sales for clients and products
- Co-creating new concepts and product lines, adhering to organizational guidelines and deadlines
- Coordinating with supply teams to ensure the hotel score is ready for use by clients both offline and online
- Collaborating with sales channels and strategic clients to integrate their needs into our platforms
- Providing local support to clients during their digital transformation journey and validating that proposed products meet our organizational guidelines and criteria
- Keeping up with market trends, consumer needs, and competitio as well as supporting specific clients, like Travel Counsellors, with tailored quotation pilots
ABOUT YOU
- Sound experience in the “tours and activities” industry, especially in Product, Commercial, or Operations roles
- You should have strong local/country tours product knowledge
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- The ability to work well with multinational colleagues
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a proactive, organized approach to task management
- Excellent numerical and reasoning skills are also important
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is highly desirable.
