People Analytics Manager (m/w/d) - M+A GAS Region

As People Analytics Manager for the M+A GAS Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you are an experienced professional responsible for developing and standardizing regional HR analytics and reporting processes. You will act as a central interface between local entities and the central People Analytics team, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.You will create data and analytics products and derive critical business insights to enable data-driven decision-making. This includes forecasting workforce needs, analyzing trends, harmonizing regional data standards, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Lead People Reporting & Analytics activities across the GAS region.
• Extract and prepare data from systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BW.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure project success and performance.
• Prepare, create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Python
• Automate standard reporting processes into scalable analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
• Interpret and communicate insights clearly through reports and visualizations.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.

ABOUT YOU

• Several years of experience in Data Analytics, Project Management, or HR Controlling
• Passion for data-driven HR work and strong customer orientation
• Strong analytical skills and storytelling ability
• Experience with Tableau, Excel, and Python
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BW
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Project management experience and ability to prioritize
• Fluent in both German and English
• Ideally, a university degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar
