
Job Description
Joining the TUI Musement Finance Team as a Junior Accountant, you will be reporting to the Accounting Manager Cyprus & Malta, assisting in year-end audits and running monthly reports from systems and preparing various analysis and any other tasks required in the accounts department. Also, you will identify risks and opportunities and you will ensure compliance and accuracy to all accounting requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate with various teams and assist in improvement and execution process.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Manage daily accounting operations under the Accounting Manager's supervision, collaborating with the local Finance team
- Prepare journal entries and create Jira tickets for efficient task tracking
- Support Year-End Audits (Statutory, Tax, and Transfer Pricing) by cooperating with auditors
- Compile and submit various financial reports to regulatory authorities
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. Master’s degree will be considered an asset
- 12 months experience in accounting with a track record of working effectively with large volumes of data
- Ability to think and work analytically, including strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Drive, resilience and energy and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in priority in a multicultural environment
- Excellent English and Greek language skills, both verbal and written. Any additional language advantageous
- Very proactive, the candidate has the capacity to take initiative and solve problems with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, SAP, HFM). System knowledge in SAP and HFM will be valued
