As Intern you will be a valued member of TUI Hotels & Resorts (THR) Portfolio Management team. The Portfolio Management function is at the forefront of TUI Hotels & Resorts long term strategy development overseeing our more than 460 hotels & resorts globally. The team is driving projects in close collaboration with our hotel partners and other group functions. The nature of the work is characterized by internationalism, diversity, agility and complexity.

The role offers the ideal opportunity for students and early career professionals to support TUI Hotels & Resorts in a dynamic and fast growing environment for a period of 3-6 months.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Support the active performance management of THR’s existing hotel portfolio by analyzing available data to derive recommendations and strategic action plans.
  • Assist in monitoring the development of the TUI Hotels & Resorts portfolio across multiple subsidiaries and joint ventures within the group.
  • Contribute to maintaining and enhancing databases as foundation for accurate reporting to senior management.
  • Participate in the preparation of business cases for potential growth opportunities, providing well-founded recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and respond to ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.

ABOUT YOU

  • At the start of the internship, you are enrolled in at least your third semester—preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality/Tourism Management, Information Technology, or a similar quantitative field.
  • Strong passion for numbers, data analysis (both quantitative and qualitative), and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.· Interest in Business Intelligence tools and their practical application.
  • A reliable and collaborative team player with strong work ethics and the ability to thrive in agile environments.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
