ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll lead operational teams across all ports in the region, ensuring seamless on-the-ground delivery of cruise services and products.
  • Working closely with operational hubs, central platforms, and other regions, you'll implement our company operating model throughout the area.
  • Serious operational incidents will be yours to handle, minimising client impact while ensuring stakeholder safety remains the top priority.
  • Through vigilant negotiation of supplier contracts, you'll work with local teams to maintain adequate product capacity within budget.
  • You'll drive commercial activities with the business development team, lead client contract negotiations, and ensure timely responses to RFPs in close coordination with Key Account Managers.
  • Continuous product development will be at the heart of your role, focusing on shore excursions, land programs, and creating new products aligned with client needs and industry trends.

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring proven experience in the cruise industry, with a focus on excursions and ground handling.
  • Your proven ability to manage teams and deliver results speaks for itself.
  • You're comfortable leading change and remain resilient when facing ambiguity or setbacks.
  • Juggling strategic priorities and projects while managing day-to-day operations comes naturally to you.
  • Your excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish enable you to connect with diverse stakeholders.

From a workplace to a place to belong. At TUI we embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging everyone to come as you are, because together, our potential is limitless.
