Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Ground Ops CLC Manager to lead this exciting initiative and manage a new team of highly skilled load controllers.

ABOUT THE JOB

As the Ground Ops CLC Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage a 24/7 team of load controllers in Casablanca.
  • Ensure safe and compliant aircraft load planning in line with international regulations.
  • Deliver operational excellence, improve efficiency, and embed a strong safety culture.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Ramp, Cargo, OCC) to ensure timely and safe aircraft departures.
  • Drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality service under pressure.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven leadership experience in airport or airline operations (preferably load control).
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft loading processes, weight & balance, and safety compliance.
  • Experience managing 24/7 shift teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across operational teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems quickly, and manage priorities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) – French is a plus.
  • Knowledge of load control systems and aviation documentation standards.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours and travel occasionally.
  • Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
