Digital Performance Marketing Executive - Affiliates

Job Description

As the Digital Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the Affiliate activity, partnerships, and performance across a range of TUI brands and products. You will be responsible for delivering the affiliate channel plans, working closely with the wider team on in month optimisations to maximise channel performance, as well as auditing exposure plans, creative and offers to ensure we’re displaying the best content & deals to our customers. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless planning process is in place, working towards KPI’s and monitoring our competitors to ensure we’re leading the way in the industry. You will build excellent relationships with key partners in the Affiliates space. You will also work closely with the Senior Executive and team members to a/b test, optimise creative formats, and targeting strategies to ensure strong and efficient performance across our channel.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Managing day-to-day relationships and budgets with key publisher partners across a wide range TUI UK&I brands and products.
  • Responsibility for supporting our key Trading and business priorities across the Affiliate channel, ensuring our communications and creative assets are all up to date and effectively distributed to partners.
  • Working on our Affiliates Marketing platform Impact Radius to regularly review reports on the performance of your partners and brands, measuring KPI’s and making actionable changes with partners. As well as reporting back to internal stakeholders on performance updates of key improvements made.
  • Taking an organised approach to carry out key processes and tasks within the monthly planning cycle to ensure channel and partner spend is captured in an accurate manner and all partner invoices are accounted for within our Impact Radius platform.
  • Carrying out regular reviews and auditing of key affiliate partner sites and spaces to ensure we’re maximising our offering and monitoring competitor activity within the travel sector.
  • Working closely with the wider team as well as Impact Radius following a robust process to scope out and onboard new partners to deliver innovation and growth within the channel.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a Digital Marketing role is desirable but not necessarily essential
  • Passion for Travel and/or Digital Marketing, eager to learn and keep up to date with the changing landscape
  • Excellent and clear communicator and proven stakeholder management experience
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Flexible to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with a strong ability to multitask effectively and work well under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
