Job Description

Join our global People Development and Culture team across TUI Holiday Experiences.This is a large global business division that works across more than 50 countries, and it includes our Tours & Activities business and Hotels & Resorts. As a Digital Learning Consultant, you will work together with the Digital Solutions Learning & Development Manager to design, develop and deliver learning initiatives that will support the development of our people at TUI Holiday Experiences.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND: The role is developed within Human Resources, in the Learning & Development function. It is not a branding, social media, or digital marketing role. We´re looking for people who can create courses (with knowledge of human learning theory) and are passionate about learning technologies and analysing data to study the impact of our courses.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Manage the Learning Management System effectively (Success Factors) to make learning and tracking possible for colleagues and key stakeholders. This involves providing reports on key initiatives
  • Identify learning and development (L&D) needs working closely with international subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Design and deliver digital learning solutions that look aesthetically pleasing, fit the needs and work for how people learn i.e., videos, animations, e-learning, performance support, sites, online scenarios, etc
  • Collaborate with your peers across People Development & Culture. The wider team is made of people with different backgrounds, and different expertise. You will also collaborate with the other managers in the team to deliver on key projects
  • Look for cutting-edge solutions and analyse the best way to deploy them for strategic projects that support the business and the operations
  • Evaluate effectiveness and impact, and seek ways to improve performance through your digital learning solutions. This involves being data-led, having a data mindset and succeeding at reporting data for the People Development & Culture function

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven ability to use e-learning authoring tools independently and without supervision (Articulate Storyline and Rise)
  • Prior experience using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere…) and other design sofware so you can work with digital assets and edit them according to your needs as a digital learning designer
  • A background working in a Learning & Development function
  • You have the following knowledge and skills, in Instructional, with an understanding of how people learn
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, any additional language is advantageous
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to be able to present to an audience your ideas, clearly and with conviction
  • Knowledge of how Learning Management Systems work to be able to work with ours. We use SAP Success Factors
  • Intellectually curious and can demonstrate a history of learning new things frequently
