Reporting directly to the Customer Claims Support Manager, the Customer Claims Administrator plays a key role in our dynamic team. You will be an essential part of the Customer Claims Department, providing crucial administrative support and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. ABOUT THE JOB

The Customer Claims Administrator will be expected to carry out daily administration tasks in the Customer Claims department to include opening and scanning of all incoming post, scanning & logging of all new injury/illness claims, loading invoices, and monitoring various inbox’s. They will provide general support to the department, including handling of incoming calls where necessary.

The Customer Claims Administrator will be expected to ensure they comply with all applicable service levels and to meet individual targets and actively work towards meeting team targets. We would expect the Customer Claims Administrator to undertake other ad-hoc activities as deemed necessary.

The Customer Claims Administrator may have to work varied hours, to include some evenings, so as to be able to provide support to the teams dealing with direct customers.

ABOUT YOU

  • Sound experience of working in an office environment
  • Excellent telephone manner and understanding of why customer engagement is important
  • Ability to monitor and adjust own performance in respect of defined and challenging targets and overall objectives
  • Computer literate – with knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to operate calmly in a high-pressure environment.
