Onsite, fixed-term role based in Chamonix, France

If you can communicate with colleagues and suppliers in a professional manner whilst providing essential accounts and admin support to enable our resort teams to focus on delivering amazing customer service this could be the winter job you are looking for.

ABOUT OUR OFFER:

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Sales Database set up and maintenance throughout the season
  • Support the Senior Resort Accounts Controller with the delivery of training and implementation of finance related business processes to other departments
  • Manage accounting data and card payments from a group of resorts, working closely with the resort teams and assisting with any card payment issues
  • Liaise with resort staff to confirm weekly customer bookings, work through variances
  • Assist the accounts processing team with reconciling invoices for payment
  • Maintain excellent supplier relationships and respond to their queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of Ski Essentials to guests through handling phone inquiries, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate responses


ABOUT YOU

  • You have a passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life and are looking to balance this with a structured office-based role
  • You genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player and overall, just a true people person with the ability to quickly build trust with both colleagues and suppliers
  • Digital know-how, willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible Crystal Ski products & services
  • You manage your time effectively whilst your attention to detail is high and you always produce work to an excellent standard
  • You’re self-motivated and able to work on your own and as part of a team. You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and can adjust quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You have strong communication skills and are comfortable explaining detailed processes to others
  • You are detail orientated and demonstrate a high level or accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
  • You are highly numeric and prior related experience in the industry and/ or finance and accounting is preferred but not required
  • Fluent in verbal and written English; with additional European languages an advantage
