Job Description

Join our global TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team as an Operations Team Leader.

Your mission will be to work and lead Operations teams in transfers and experiences to ensure the correct daily operations and be in constant contact and communication with suppliers, and internal clients to ensure that all planning activities are executed under the broader business quality standards.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • Salary of 2320€ gross per month.
  • If you are a LOCAL RESIDENT and have your own accommodation, we offer a Cost of Living Allowance from 300€ gross per month on top of your salary.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Oversee end to end process of transport planning and ensuring work carried out is accurate and up to date to any changes incurred last minute are actioned.
  • Lead a team of direct reports and be responsible for people engagement and the development of team members with clear objectives.
  • Building and maintaining excellent supplier relations ensure that all aspects of the operation run smoothly both in times of pre planning and adapting to operational changes. Communicating with them in fluent French and English, both written and verbal is key.
  • Monitor areas of financial risk from planning through to invoice reconciliation in a detailed and methodical manner, to ensure the delivery of financial commitments whilst aligning with business deliverables.
  • Responsible for ensuring day to day tasks are completed efficiently and on time by the team.
  • Play a key part in collaborating with and supporting the guest facing teams

ABOUT YOU

  • You have a passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life.
  • You genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player who can work in a flexible manner (including different work shifts) and overall, just a true people person who displays resilience.
  • You have digital know-how, you want to learn the systems we use day to day, the technology needed to do it and / or make suggestions on how to improve ways of working & drive our digital culture.
  • You have a high capacity to manage a team to deliver results, displaying resilience and is happy working through ambiguity and setbacks and driving change.
  • You have exceptional administration, management, planning and organisation skills.
  • You’re agile and have a high level of attention to detail and can juggle strategic priorities / projects and whilst delivering day-to-day operational logistics, without losing focus on planning ahead.
  • Travel industry knowledge is valuable as well as experience dealing with ambiguity within a global and multinational environment.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. German would be desirable.
