We're looking for a commercially savvy Business Development Specialist to drive the growth of our Intercruises cruise business, building profitable partnerships with cruise line clients and suppliers across key markets and ports.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll support the commercial development of our cruise business for assigned cruise line clients, markets and ports, directly contributing to Intercruises' growth objectives.
- Acting as a key commercial contact for cruise line clients, you'll manage Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and handle ad hoc quotation requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- You'll identify, negotiate and contract local suppliers, ensuring we secure competitive costs whilst maintaining quality standards and compliance with both cruise line and TUI Musement requirements.
- Preparing accurate financial and content proposals is central to your role, ensuring alignment with client specifications, timelines and our margin targets.
- You'll acquire new cruise business through active participation in RFPs, nurturing existing relationships and spotting fresh commercial opportunities.
- Working closely with our Operations teams, you'll ensure seamless alignment between quoted and delivered services, supporting smooth service delivery for our clients.
ABOUT YOU
- You bring proven experience within the cruise or tourism industry, ideally in a commercial, sales or account management role.
- Your strong commercial mindset is backed by proven negotiation skills and a track record of building and maintaining long-term client and supplier partnerships.
- You have a solid understanding of the cruise industry landscape and tourism trends across destinations.
- Experience in supplier management, contracting and cost optimisation comes naturally to you.
- You're confident working with financial data and digital tools such as Salesforce, CRM systems and task management platforms.
- Your excellent communication and collaboration skills enable you to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment, with strong English language skills (both written and verbal) - additional languages are a plus.
