Job Description

The Booking & Planning Executive role within our Intercruises Regional Operational HUB team in Marseille involves managing the full scope of operations for Shorex, transfers, and cruise turnarounds while ensuring system accuracy and compliance with service standards.

The role will be published until the 5th of Decmber 2025.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll receive and analyze operational data across all verticals to ensure accurate system setup and portfolio loading for cruise lines.
  • We'll rely on your expertise to plan services according to operational needs while maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.
  • Managing the planning system is key to meeting operational requirements, including distributing crucial information across teams and related business areas.
  • You'll monitor and promptly update any changes, modifications, or cancellations in our planning system to ensure smooth operations.
  • Processing special request bookings and registering specific requirements will be part of your daily responsibilities.
  • Your role includes optimizing costs and sales planning according to established budgets to drive efficiency.
  • Reporting incidents in the planning system and coordinating effectively with other departments will help maintain operational excellence.
  • Understanding and implementing global guidelines will be essential to achieve standardization across our operations.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have strong administration and organizational skills with confidence in using technology systems.
  • Previous experience with Asterix would be highly beneficial for this position.
  • You can solve problems independently and suggest improvements to our ways of working while embracing our digital culture.
  • You're fluent in verbal and written English and French (French is only necessary for the Marseille office), with additional languages being advantageous.
  • Working logically to simplify tasks comes naturally to you, even when working virtually and independently.
  • You adapt easily to various changes in working methods and can quickly react to operational challenges.
  • Your exceptional communication and teamwork skills shine in an international environment.
  • You have proven experience in planning or operational roles within the travel or cruise industry.
