Job Description

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Operations Agents in Malta.

You are responsible for managing bookings for excursions, transfers, and groups, and for ensuring that all suppliers are booked in line with requirements to ensure the smooth operation of Service Delivery.

ABOUT YOU

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • In unexpected situations remain calm, important work well under pressure and be able to offer empathy to resolve effectively in general – with our team and/or customers.
  • Willing to learn the requirements of the position, the technology needed to perform it and all about our amazing products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English is required for this role. Other European languages would be advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • Co-ordinate confirmed group programs, ensuring all hotels and suppliers (guides, transport, restaurants, entrances) are booked as per itinerary.
  • Manage communication with customers before, during, and after travel to handle changes, cancellations, new requests, and complaints of group tours and excursions.
  • Create and maintain bookings in the system, ensuring accurate service details, costs, and prepayments.
  • Prepare and issue travel documentation, vouchers, and brief tour leaders or guides prior to departure.
  • Oversee daily operations of excursions, monitor service quality, and report any incidents or accidents promptly.
  • Track online bookings and ensure all supplier confirmations are received and processed on time.
  • Support the service delivery team with real-time operational changes of transfers, vehicle allocations, and last-minute amendments.
  • Ensure all excursions and transfer operations meet agreed quality and service standards.
  • Manage administrative tasks, invoicing data, and cost reconciliations in line with company procedures.
  • Act as first-line operational support during excursions, transfers, and group tours, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
