Job Description

The role holder will be supporting our customers by working with hotel partners to ensure that we have the required accommodation allocation and availability to always meet customer demand.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Responsible for providing 1st level support to our hotel partners in technical and process-related topics to ensure a smooth booking process is experienced by our customers with our hotel partners.

  • Responsible for monitoring customer bookings and ensuring extra allocation requests are communicated and processed by our Hotel Partners.

  • Supporting our revenue teams with accommodation allocation management on behalf of our source market to ensure we optimize accommodation availability.

  • Work with our source market to keep our customers informed of any changes with their hotel booking ahead of arrival to ensure a positive customer experience is maintained.

  • Responsible for managing special customer requests and/or requirements ahead of their arrival with the Hotel Partner to ensure customer expectations and requirements are exceeded.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience of working within the hotel industry or a tour operator would be advantageous.

  • Be fluent in both verbal and written English is essential. Additional languages, e.g. German are desirable.

  • A highly motivated, proactive team player with a positive and flexible can-do attitude.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort around learning new systems/technology.

  • Customer oriented.

  • Good time management and process orientated skills

  • Target & results focussed.
