Right now, Transcom Latvia is looking for a Lithuanian-speaking Customer Service Representative for NETS, one of Europe’s most innovative, modern, and fastest-growing digital finance and payment solutions companies.   • Salary - 1400-1870 Eur gross (before taxes). Your salary will increase after 6 months and 12 months.

Join Transcom Latvia as a Lithuanian-speaking customer experience specialist!

In this role, you will:

  • Answer inbound customer calls in Lithuanian and analyze business issues in a fast, constructive manner,
  • Solve business issues related to invoices, payments, accounts, and terminal errors through either phone, email, or chat,
  • Work for NETS, one of Europe’s most innovative, modern, and fastest-growing digital finance and payment solutions companies,
  • Take your communication skills to the next level by leading professional conversations with businesses,
  • Provide an excellent customer experience,
  • The work shift is 8h 30min and you will be working for 5 days a week. Working hours: Monday - Friday: 09:00-18:00,
  • Work with set goals, where you will be assessed on speaking time and customer satisfaction, among other things.

What we are looking for?

  • Eager to learn new things and quickly adapt to change,
  • Prioritize customers and are always willing to help others,
  • Have a problem-solving mindset,
  • C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Lithuanian and you have good English and Russian language skills (at least B2 level).
