Join us as a Customer Service Representative!

Be on the front line of client support and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:

  • Communicate by e-mail and phone with customers and help pioneer more sustainable solutions.

  • Help deliver packages more efficiently, create more connections worldwide, and find more ways to take action and give back.

  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge, and learn with your colleagues.

What are we looking for:

  • Exceptional proficiency in English (native or near-native level).

  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening.

  • Experience using different computer tools.

  • Immediate availability to work after training is completed.
