About the role

We’re looking for a Bingo Promotions Executive (International) to join tombola on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, supporting the delivery of engaging, compliant promotional campaigns across Italy, Spain and the Nordics.

This role plays a key part in bringing our player experience to life in international markets. You’ll work closely with local commercial teams and central functions to ensure promotions are culturally relevant, commercially effective and aligned with local regulations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Execute and support multi-market bingo promotional campaigns across international territories.

  • Adapt promotions to ensure cultural relevance and local market fit, partnering with localised teams.

  • Coordinate B2C and B2B promotions (where required), ensuring alignment with country-level strategies.

  • Collaborate with Commercial country leads, CRM, Brand and Compliance teams to deliver campaigns smoothly and on time.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations to refine future activity.

  • Ensure all promotions meet local regulatory and responsible gaming requirements.

  • Support the management and tracking of promotional budgets across international markets.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years’ experience in online gaming, marketing or promotions, ideally across multiple markets.

  • Understanding of the online gaming landscape in Italy, Spain and/or the Nordics.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance and propose optimisations.

  • Working knowledge of gambling regulations and responsible gaming principles in international markets.

  • Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Fluent English essential; additional language skills (Italian, Spanish or Nordic languages) are a plus but not required.
