  • Skilled at defining, documenting, and enforcing creative operations policies and standards across a multi-region organization
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering with technical teams to scope enhancements, set timelines, and manage resource plans
  • Ability to facilitate cross-departmental planning sessions and prioritize development backlogs
  • Experience partnering with IT and external vendors to evaluate and onboard new software (e.g., DAM, CMS, localization tools)
  • A track record of driving competitive and trend analyses to inform technology roadmaps
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience reporting status, risks, and insights to senior leadership and client stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Communications/Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of project management or technology delivery experience in an agency or production environment
  • Proven track record with Agile or Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and iterative delivery
  • Hands-on familiarity with marketing operations tools (Airtable, Figma, SendGrid, Ziflow, Lokalise, etc.)
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate scope and SLAs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with a focus on translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor peers, drive cross-functional alignment, and influence decision-making
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and proactively identifying optimization opportunities
