Your Mission

In this role, you'll have a unique opportunity to help build our Partnerships function, acting as a network expert to the wider business including Benefit Design, Growth, Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Product. You will act as a subject matter expert on Ben providers and help develop key processes that benefit the Partnerships team.

Things you will be working on…

  • Management of the partnerships mailbox and re-directing or actioning requests as needed

  • Management of the partnerships jira ticket board and re-direct or action as needed

  • Reactive management of tier 3 and 4 provider relationships

  • Support partnership / broker managers in all aspects of relationship management including meeting preparation, contract development and relationship management

  • Own market intelligence projects and maintain all market intelligence reports and data on a maximum of a 3 year cycle

  • Monitor and form relationships with new partners under the guidance of the partnership managers

  • Build rapport with peers across the business showing subject matter expertise raising the profile of the marketplace team internally and externally.

  • Team player - you’ll be working across different departments to help ensure that our clients and the Ben network of providers have the best experience

  • Proactive driving forward your learning and development in the industry - the Partnerships team is a new team and offers lots of potential for personal career growth, so we are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to get stuck in and share their ideas!

💰 Competitive base salary of 30-40k + equity, so you own what you build
